Delete your Shortmake AI account

Shortmake AI is published by SHORTIA LLC (developer name on Google Play: Vicode). You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

In the app: open your account, tap Delete my account, then confirm.

By email: write to contact@shortmake.com from the address of your account, with the subject "Delete my account".

We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

- Your account: email address, name and profile picture

- Your conversations with Shorty, your series, characters, images, videos and voice recordings

- Your preferences and your remaining credits

- The identifiers used to send you notifications

What is kept

- Payment and invoice records, for as long as tax and accounting law requires (generally up to 10 years)

- Records needed to prevent fraud or resolve a dispute, for as long as that dispute lasts

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play or the App Store: cancel it in that store first.
